Sludge Thickening and Dewatering

Sites that already have some form of effluent treatment for organic wastewater streams will normally produce an organic sludge which could be as little at 2% dry matter, this will be removed from site by tanker. This sludge can be taken to a site for further treatment, either biological treatment or thickening / de watering for recycling to land or to enhance the value of the material to an energy from waste plant. 3R BioRecovery has extensive experience in de watering systems both for onsite treatment and for offsite treatment and will work closely with customers to ascertain the best solution depending on existing discharge consents and treatment systems onsite.
